The 5,000 square foot office for FireEye in the German city of Dresden was completed in July 2014. This was our first office build in Germany and it was a huge success, with the end product of a very high standard.
Axis Engineering UK Ltd provided the Project Management, M&E Consultancy and the ongoing Facilities Management for the Dresden office and are pleased to have met all of the client’s requirements and expectations throughout the project, giving the end users in FireEye a great working environment.
The FireEye office in Cork, Ireland, was completed in two project phases for a combined space of 24,000 square foot. Axis Engineering UK provided a full package for FireEye Cork, which included the Project Management, M&E Consultancy and the ongoing Facilities Management.
The construction of phase I started in September 2013 and phase II finished in August 2014, with a high standard of fit-out installed throughout, the Cork FireEye team now have a brilliant office and environment for their business to grow.
The opportunity to work in the rapidly emerging construction market in Dubai was very exciting for Axis Engineering UK. The office, which is located in the JLT District of Dubai, called for a capacity of 45 people, with the floor plan at 7,000 square foot.
Managing a project in a different construction system, environment and culture was a challenge for the team, but one that has allowed us to gain important experience in the Dubai market. The the end result was a great office for the local Dubai team.
The FireEye Reading office was particularly demanding and rewarding project, with a limited time frame providing challenges for the entire project team. The 10,500 square foot space was completed in under 40 days to achieve the programme’s handover date.
Axis Engineering UK were responsible for the Project Management and building services design for the project. The finished product is a vibrant, spacious office, finished to a high quality standard. The new office gives FireEye Reading staff a productive working environment, satisfying the the project brief, the local staff and our Client.
